Machine Tool Manufacturing Plant of Dongfeng Motor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as DFMTP) has achieved remarkable achievements in such fields as CNC machines, welding equipment, key auto parts, equipment care service and intelligent parking equipment through the hard working of generations of employees, with main products and services not only supplied to Dongfeng Group and main domestic automakers, but also successfully accessed to overseas market. Now, it is authorized by China Dongfeng Motor Industry Import and Export Co. Ltd. for export of complete electromechanical equipment.

DFMTP consists of Machine Division, Welding Equipment Division, Auto Parts Division and Care Division. DFMTP is the leader in special machine manufacturing industry. The CNC Machine Division is committed to providing customers with integrated development and turnkey solutions, and is mainly engaged in supply of special machines & automatic production lines, flexible machining equipment & lines, and intelligent logistics equipment & solutions for manufacturers of powertrain, auto parts and general industrial products. In 2016, DFMTP ranked 13 among the top 30 machine tool manufacturers in China. DFMTP ranks 4 among the BIW welding equipment manufacturers. The Welding Equipment Division is dedicated to the development of intelligent welding technology and body material welding technology. It has the capability for synchronous engineering of OEM welding factories using PD/PS digital factory software, and masters the design, manufacture and debugging of robot trimming island, the development of CNC flexible fixtures and the key core technologies including robot vision application to provide customers with welding lines featuring high flexibility, high takt, high automation and high reliability and also automation transformation of traditional manual welding lines.

The Auto Parts Division is committed to providing customers with reliable and advanced suspensions, transmission assemblies and high-precision housings, boasting an annual output of balanced suspensions for 120,000 commercial vehicles and the mass production capacity for front drive axle and core housing of agricultural vehicles.

The Care Division is committed to providing customers with remanufacturing and care services of specialized equipment, with products and services covering customer production line migration and reconstruction, equipment modification, core functional parts maintenance, system upgrade and transformation, automation transformation, intelligent informationalization and greenization transformation, remote O&M monitoring and diagnosis control upgrade, production line technical assistance and scheduled maintenance, and spare parts.
